The precedent has been set: If you want to bet on Dustin Johnson this season, you’re going to pay a premium. After winning the Sentry Tournament of Champions and finishing T2 last week at Pebble Beach, DJ is the 5/1 favorite at this week’s Genesis Open at the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook. That number is pretty shocking when you consider who else is in the field this week: Jordan Spieth (12/1), Rory McIlroy (12/1), Justin Thomas (15/1) and Tiger Woods (40/1).

“Yes” has opened at -135 for Tiger making the cut this week. Woods hasn’t played at Riviera since 2006, but did earn a top-25 finish in his only official event this season. Johnson won last year’s Genesis Open by five shots over Thomas Pieters and Scott Brown. Bubba Watson and Phil Mickelson have each won twice at the event.
