Is the 2018 NL Cy Young a two man race? The opening odds from the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook seem to suggest so. Clayton Kershaw is the +150 favorite, followed by Max Scherzer at +200. No other player is opening at lower that 15/1.

The Cubs have a trio of pitchers at 30/1 or better: Yu Darvish, Jon Lester and Jose Quintana. After a thoroughly disappointing 2017 season, the Mets are hoping to make another playoff run in 2018. The 1-2 punch of Noah Syndergaard (15/1) and Jacob deGrom (20/1) at the top of the rotation is one of the best in the league. One name on the middle of the sheet to keep an eye on is the Phillies’ Aaron Nola at 40/1. He’s widely considered one of the best young pitchers in the game, but will his team be good enough to get him run support and wins?
