Odds to Win 2019 Big Dance Regions and Title

With the arrival of “The Dance’s” Sweet 16 three-fourths of the college basketball national championship tournament is in the books, in relation to the total number of games. At this point 48 of 63 games have been graded, paid out fifteen total games remain.

The million dollar question is will the first No. 1 seed fall in Thursday or Friday’s Sweet 16?

Or will that first top of the bracket regional favorite wait until Saturday or Sunday in the “Great Eight”?

Only once in the last 34 years have all four #1 seeds reached the Final Four (2008). In fact, only four tournaments witnessed three #1 seeds advance to the Final Four. That means 29 of 34 Final Fours featured two or fewer #1 seeds. So will this be only the second time since the NCAA expanded to the 64-team format that all four regional favorites advance to Minneapolis for a Final Four of fun-fun-fun?
