NFC East Betting Preview from Las Vegas
The NFC East has (arguably) the best rivalries in the NFL, but in recent years, it certainly hasn’t been the most competitive division in football. The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles have finished 1-2 atop the division in each of the last three years with the Redskins and Giants failing to finish above .500 in any of those campaigns. Will the 2020 season be any different?

Odds to win the NFC East from Caesars Sports Book as of Saturday, June 13:
Dallas Cowboys: -105
Philadelphia Eagles: +115
New York Giants: +800
Washington Redskins: +2200
Dallas and Washington will each be welcoming new coaches to the sidelines with the Cowboys hiring Mike McCarthy and the Redskins bringing in Ron Rivera. All four starting quarterbacks will return to their respective teams, with Daniel Jones and Dwayne Haskins getting the full-time reins in their second NFL season.
What kind of impact will the rookies be able to make in their first year without any kind of minicamp or organized offseason activities? The Giants drafted offensive tackle Andrew Thomas to protect Jones and create space for Saquon Barkley. Philadelphia selected wide receiver Jalen Reagor to help am offense that was decimated by injuries at the end of last season.
Regular season win totals from Caesars Sports Book as of Saturday, June 13:
Dallas Cowboys: 10 wins (-110 each way)
Philadelphia Eagles: 9.5 wins (over -105 / under -115)
New York Giants: 6 wins (over -115 / under -105)
Washington Redskins: 5 wins (over -120 / under EV)
The Washington Redskins are intriguing because of how much young talent they’ve been able to acquire over the past couple years. When the 2020 season begins, quarterback Dwayne Haskins will be 23 years old, running back Derrius Guice will be 23, and leading receiver Terry McLaurin will be 24. Ron Rivera took a 2-14 team to 6-10 in his first year in Carolina with a rookie quarterback in Cam Newton. Can he orchestrate a similar turn-around in Washington?
