Two Turkish teams that are sitting on mirror sides of the league table are clashing in the 23rd round of action of the Euroleague Basketball, when the last Darussafaka (3-19), who have won only once in their last 7 games and are looking to bounce back, are hosting the defending champions both of Turkey and Europe and first in the league Fenerbahce (19-3), who want to turn their latest victory into another streak.

Darussafaka have a 3-19 record so far this season and currently sit in the last place of the league. They have lost six of their last seven matches and in their last game they lost on the road against Olimpia Milano with a 90-78 score. They are led in scoring by Toney Douglas with 15.9 ppg, adding 3.2 boards and a team high 4.3 dimes per game. He is followed by Zanis Peiners with 13.5 ppg, adding 2.5 dimes per game. Fenerbahce have a 19-3 record so far this season and currently sit in the first place of the league. In their two previous meetings earlier this season Fenerbahce won twice at home by an average of 25.5 points. Darussafaka have a 11-0 home record so far, while Fenerbahce are 0-11 on the road. Fenerbahce are better both offensively, scoring 84 ppg to Darussafaka’s 75 and defensively, allowing 74.9 ppg to Darussafaka’s 84.6. They also have better percentages both in field goals (53.7% to 44.3%) and in 3-pointers (43.7% to 31.7%). Fenerbahce are better in dimes made (19.1 to 16) and in turnovers committed (11 to 12.7), while Darussafaka are only better in boards grabbed (31 to 27.4). Fenerbahce are the absolute favorite and Vegas odds give them a -9.5 spread and expect them to beat the odds against the weakest team of the league so far.
