2019 Preakness Odds: Improbable 9-4

2019 Preakness Odds

After Gary and Mary West’s Maximum Security was disqualified from the top spot in the 2019 Kentucky Derby this season’s Triple Crown has fallen flat. Humpy Dumpy has fallen off the wall. And with that great fall. All the Kentucky king horses and all the Kentucky king’s men will not be able to put the Preakness back together again.  2019 Preakness Odds: Improbable 9-4.

The 2019 running of the Preakness will be without the top three finishers of the Kentucky Derby. The odds that Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert wouldn’t have a horse running for the Triple Crown was and is unbelievably long. That Baffert wouldn’t at least have the favorite horse in the Preakness were, are if you will, simply Improbable.

The latter of the close of Mother Goose’s nursery tale doesn’t rhyme but it does tell the tale that Baffert have the favorite in the Preakness and it is probable that he will win his record-setting eighth Preakness victory on Saturday. He will do so with 9-4 Improbable.

Improbable will break from the No. 4 post in a field that is a Lucky 7 short of the Derby runners, that being 13 horses in this weekend’s Preakness.
