How much does he have left in the tank? Following his trek through the Baltimore fog, Justify is now 5-for-5 with all five victories coming since mid-February. At the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, Justify is even-money to complete the 2018 Triple Crown at Belmont Park in two weeks.

Horses that are expected to compete in the Belmont include Bravazo (6th in the Kentucky Derby; 2nd in the Preakness), Tenfold (3rd in the Preakness), and Vino Rosso (9th in the Kentucky Derby). The biggest question mark is Audible, who finished third in the Kentucky Derby but skipped the Preakness. Audible’s trainer, Todd Pletcher, has won the Belmont three times and has a knack for bringing rested contenders to New York. So what’s the hold-up? Audible is owned by the same group that owns Justify. Do they want to send a rested, two-time graded stakes winner to potentially upset a Triple Crown bid? We’ll find out shortly.
