William Hill Odds to Win 2019 Masters

Tiger Woods has a large following on the PGA Tour. Furthermore his success at the Masters is historical to say the least. No player in the history of Augusta National has a lower scoring average than does Tiger with a minimum of 75 competitive rounds. He is the only golfer with a sub-70 average. Behind Tiger (70.93), are Phil Michelson (71.3) and Jack Nicklaus (71.98), who are the only two with sub-71 career numbers.

Tigers biggest fan, at least this tournament and especially on Sunday is in line to make roughly 1.2 million dollars. That fan, a William Hill client, placed an $85,000 wager on Tiger Woods to win the 2019 Masters this past Tuesday.

The bet was placed at 14/1 (+1400) odds at one of William Hill’s Southern Nevada Sports Books and would result in a net win of $1,190,000 if Tiger claims his fifth green jacket on Sunday. The wager represents the largest liability for an individual golf wager in William Hill US history.
