In this high caliber duel between the two offensive squads the league, the best in the West and defending champions Golden State Warriors (10-1), looking to extend their current lengthy winning streak, are hosting the second-best in the East Milwaukee Bucks (8-2), who have won only once in their last three.

Date/Time: 11-08-2018, 22:30 EDT

Spread: Golden State Warriors -6

Total: +236.5

Golden State Warriors have a 10-1 record (7-4 against the spread) so far this season and currently sit in the first place of the West. They have eight consecutive wins and in their last game they won at home against the Grizzlies with a 117-101 score, beating the odds. They are led in scoring by Stephen Curry with 31.3 ppg, adding 5.4 boards and 6.1 dimes per game. He is followed by Kevin Durant with 27.7 ppg, 5.9 dimes and a team high 7.5 boards per game.

Milwaukee Bucks have an 8-2 record (6-3-1 against the spread) so far this season and currently sit in the second place of the East. They have lost two of their last three matches and in their last game they won on the road against the Blazers with a 103-118 score, not beating the odds. They are led in scoring by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 25.8 ppg, adding 5.9 dimes and a team high 13.3 boards per game. He is followed by Kris Middleton with 19.5 ppg, 5.4 boards and 4.1 dimes per game.

In their two meetings last season each team won on the road (Bucks by 9 points and Warriors by 14). Warriors have a 6-0 home record this season, while the Bucks are 2-2 on the road. Warriors have the best offense in the league, scoring 123.5 ppg to Bucks’ second-best of 120, while Bucks are better defensively, allowing 107.3 ppg to Warriors’ 109.7. Warriors have the best percentages in the league both in field goals (51.91% to 47.59%) and in 3-pointers (42.32% to 37.96%). They also lead the league in dimes made (30.5 to 26.4) and they are better in turnovers committed (15.2 to 15.9), while Bucks are better in boards grabbed (53.3 to 47.1). Warriors are better than the Bucks who have been on a mini-slump lately. Vegas odds give them a -6 spread and expect them to beat the odds for the home victory.
