they handled business on the road at the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday to the tune of a 7-point win.
Boston is 35-19 (28-26 ATS) and in 3rd place in the Eastern Conference, 5.5 games off the
conference lead.

Los Angeles Lakers

James has missed plenty of time with a groin injury, but he has suited up for two of the last three and
is expected to give it a go tonight. Over their last 10 games, the Lakers are 4-6 (5-4-1 ATS). The road
has been a bit challenging for the team this year, as they are 11-15 (13-13 ATS) in away games.

in scoring with 26.9 ppg and 8.4 rpg. Kyle Kuzma is next up with 18.6 ppg and 5.7 boards. He’s
probable tonight despite dealing with a hip issue.

Boston Celtics

The infirmary report for this game runs deep, as Kyrie Irving and Marcus Morris also have probable
tags as they deal with their respective injuries. Boston is a sizzling 9-1 (5-5 ATS) over the last 10.
The team has been excellent at home as well with a record of 22-6 (18-10 ATS).

On totals, the Celtics are 31-23 with the Under coming in for two of the last three. Irving is the top
option on offense with 23.8 ppg and 7.0 dimes. Jayson Tatum checks in with 16.3 ppg, while Morris
adds in 14.8. Al Horford is the team’s leading rebounder with 6.6 boards per contest.

Lakers vs. Celtics Prediction

This is the first meeting of the season for these two squads, but Boston has had control of the series
by going 4-1 over the last five. It’s trade deadline day in the NBA, so keep an eye on the news for
moves that could impact tonight’s contest. Barring anything major that shakes up the Celtics roster,
we like the hosts to win and cover.
