With a little over 24 hours ’til tip-off, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has released their NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship game props. Villanova’s team total has opened at 76 points, with Michigan’s at 69.5 points. Michigan forward Moritz Wagner carried the Wolverines with 24 points in their Final Four win over Loyola-Chicago. Wagner’s point total for the final against Villanova has opened at 15.5 points. After the Wildcats set the Final Four record for most made three-pointers in a game, the projected total for made three-pointers in this contest has opened at 19.

If you like Villanova to win (i.e. Villanova won’t be intentionally fouling Michigan late in the game), I think Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman under 2.5 made free throws (+110) is a pretty solid play. In Michigan’s seven losses this season, Abdur-Rahkman averaged less than three free throw attempts per game. Villanova ranks in the tenth percentile of fewest fouls per game in college basketball. .
