An early look at the 2018 Australian Open Futures offers evidence that the first Major title of the 2018 tennis season is wide open. There are four players listed on the WestGate Race and Sportsbook charts, a foursome that figures to the be the top seeds, all opening at less than 9-to-2 odds.

Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are the co-favorites for the Melbourne event at 3-to-1 with Novak Djokovic (7-to-2) and Andy Murray (9-to-2) rounding out that the four chalk in the field.

Home grown Aussie Nick Kyrgios opened at 25-to-1 on the World’s Largest Race and Sportbook futures chart with hard serving Canadian Milos Raonic also 25-to-1.

On the women’s side there are nine players at 12-to-1 or less and topping that list is soon-to-be 36-year old Serena Williams (4-to-1). Garbine Muguruza (7-to-1), Maria Sharapova (8-to-1), Korolina Pliskova (8-to-1) and Victoria Azarenka (10-to-1) round out the top-five futures chalk.
