Westgate’s Odds to Win Round 5 of USA Sevens

The Men’s USA Sevens Rugby series enters the fifth portion of the series that includes a total of 10 Rounds. Each round of the schedule is held at different venue around the world, in which 16 national sevens teams compete for World Series points in each of the Sevens ten total matches. The HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series is culminated with a champion being crowned at the end of the season based on accumulated points. Beginning on Friday, March 1st, the world’s best rugby players will be right here in Las Vegas.

Round 5 of the series lands in Las Vegas for the first weekend of March. The HSBC 7’s clubs have arrived in the desert for this weekend’s action.  The tournament’s 16 teams are divided into 4 even pools based on previous rankings. Day 1 of each tournament consists of round-robin play within pools. Day 2, the bottom two teams of each pool will contest in the Challenge Trophy competition, while the higher seeded teams will progress to the Cup competition and have the chance to win gold, silver, or bronze medals.

There are 15 ‘core’ teams who participate at each round of the Series. The 2018 core includes: Argentina, Australia, Canada, England, Fiji, France, Spain, Kenya, New Zealand, Japan, Samoa, Scotland, South Africa, USA, and Wales.

Round 7 Hong Kong…..April 5-7, 2019
Round 8 Singapore…… April 13-14, 2019

Round 10 Paris…………. June 1-2, 2019
