If you haven’t finished analyzing Utah State’s out-of-conference schedule, what are you waiting for?! The South Point Sportsbook in Las Vegas has just released their complete 2017 college football season win totals for all 130 FBS programs.

If I told you there were three teams with totals of greater than 10 wins, two of them should roll off your tongue – Ohio State and Alabama. But could you name the third? It’s the Wisconsin Badgers. CG Technology opened them at 9.5 wins three weeks ago, but South Point has jumped them up to the 10.5-win plateau. When 2017-18 championship futures were released back in January, Wisconsin at 80/1 at Westgate jumped off the page. The Badgers’ three cross-over opponents from the Big Ten East are Maryland (at home), at Indiana, and Michigan (at home). They avoid Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan State. Their whole defensive line returns on a squad that ranked fourth in the FBS in scoring defense (15.6 points) and seventh in total defense (301.4 yards). Wisconsin swept the Big Ten West division last season, outscoring its opponents 189-73. They get Michigan on the second half of a road back-to-back, and it’s the week before the Wolverines play Ohio State. Wisconsin got a lot of scheduling breaks, and it’s hard to spot multiple losses on their slate.
