With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) now hitting the gameplay of sporting events worldwide, I wanted to personally reach out to our valuable customers to provide an update on how Wagertalk Media (Wagertalk.com, Goldsheet.com, and SportsMemo.com) will manage products purchased on impacted events.

Cancelled / Postponed Events

  • Packages with all included events canceled: Customers can receive a full refund or credit in Wagerbuxx equal to 150% of the package price.
  • Packages with a mix of completed and canceled events: Customer will be eligible for a partial refund or credit in Wagerbuxx equal to 150% of the refund amount.

Suspended Seasons

  • All season packages will be extended to include the rescheduled portion of the season.
  • In the event a suspended season is ultimately canceled, customers will be eligible for a partial refund or credit in Wagerbuxx equal to 150% of the refund amount.

I can confidently assure each of you that we will deliver the level of customer service that you have come to expect from Wagertalk Media, and we will resolve all potential issues to your complete satisfaction.
